41. The second part of the annual statement provided for in section 112 of the Act must contain, in addition to the information referred to in section 59.0.2 of the Regulation respecting supplemental pension plans (chapter R-15.1, r. 6):
(1)  a description of the adjustments to benefits that were applied during the fiscal year concerned;
(2)  a description of the adjustments to benefits that will be applied at a later date and the effective date of the adjustments.
